So having purchased this headset from Quzo UK I am actually quite impressed the ANC is top notch and the headset are snug and comfy without being too tight. It works a treat with my work laptop which was the whole point of the purchase and the dongle is great at maintaining connections. I won't deny that I have some weird issues around the power button and software/ firmware updates and recently the attachable microphone has started to unfortunately sag from its set position which I believe to be a loose rotation mechanism. So why the 5 star? I don't think these issues are a deal breaker I am speaking to support from Quzo and Orosound to rectify the problems and have no complaints about them at all, there actually very responsive In my experience.

Product is very light weight and bright which we’re my main requirements. It also has a wide range of screen lighting settings including blue light reduction which I like to use in the evenings. It comes without a charger but I can plug my 65W laptop charger straight into the usb-c port and then use the included usb-c to usb-c connector to charge my laptop - this means I only need one charger for both devices. I’d give this product a 9/10 taking into account the low price when other similar devices can cost ~£300. Would be 10/10 if view sonic included a 60w charger like they do with similar products. Also it arrived the next day when from Quzo when Amazon said it couldn’t deliver for 2 weeks. Great service thank you!
