RM750
RM Series RM750 — 750 Watt 80 PLUS Gold Certified Fully Modular PSU
CORSAIR RM Series fully modular power supplies deliver consistent 80 PLUS Gold efficient power to your PC, with virtually silent operation.
Ready For Modern Standby
Modern Standby is a upcoming feature for Windows 10 that vastly improves your PC's sleep and wake functionality. The technology allows your system to wake from sleep more than twice as fast, as well as maintain a network connection during sleep to continue downloading updates and receive emails and notifications – just like your phone. Best of all, it does this with less overall power consumption.
To make use of Modern Standby, a compatible motherboard and CPU are also required.
80 Plus Gold Certified
The RM Series delivers power at up to 90% efficiency, lowering energy consumption, noise, temperatures, and your power bill.
105°C-Rated Capacitors
Using industrial-grade electrolytic capacitors, RM Series power supplies offer the unwavering power and long-term reliability you demand from a CORSAIR power supply.
Zero RPM Fan Mode
The RM Series' cooling fan doesn't spin until you need it, for near-silent operation at low and medium loads.
Tuned For Low Noise Operation
A 135mm rifle bearing fan with a specially calculated fan curve ensures that fan noise is kept to a minimum, even at full load. When at low and medium loads, the fan stops spinning entirely until it's needed, resulting in virtually silent operation.
Compact Size
A 160mm-long casing ensures an easy fit in almost all modern enthusiast PC cases, providing more space for cable management and airflow in your chassis.
Ten-Year Warranty
CORSAIR provides a ten-year warranty on all RM Series power supplies; your guarantee of reliable operation that will last across several system builds. If you need help, CORSAIR customer service and tech support are always on hand.

While 750W is overkill for the vast majority of single-GPU systems these days, those with higher-end parts that also want to dabble in overclocking will likely be looking in this region, and even for those with less demanding systems there's an advantage...
Overall, the RM750 (2019) is a decent power supply considering the £90 asking price. It doesn't stand out in any meaningful way, with bland aesthetics matched by electrical performance that is solid but not outstanding. If that sounds critical, we don't m...

Even the most advanced computer set ups with a single graphics card will run on a 650W power supply without any issues. However if you want to have a multiple graphics card set-up, you will need more power. The power supplies that we have tested, have t...
At the risk of being a bit dull, just as in earlier power supply tests we can state that in this day and age you have to make a serious effort to purchase a truly bad PSU. In particular in the class as discussed in this test. However, that does not mean...

Perhaps not the most exciting conclusion but we didn't encounter any really bad units in this test. It seems that as long as you buy a power supply from a well respected brand you'll be fine. Still this doesn't mean that there aren't any differences, es...

Corsair recently introduced its new RM series to succeed the TX line of power supplies. The focus is on silence, according to Corsair, but they should also perform well in other areas and carry an appealing price tag. We tested the 750W model to find ou...
Corsair really struck gold with the RM750, literally. We have no choice but it give it the Gold Award. The voltages are adequate, the efficiency is good, the low-load efficient is outstanding, the ripple is extremely low, it's completely silent, modular...

Corsair have built quite a reputation for themselves in the PSU marketplace. By producing units which use high quality components and designs, pricing them competitively and offering industry leading warranties there really wasn't much to complain about. ...
Starting with the build quality of the RM750 we have a unit with nice, solid chassis and no noticeable defects in the finish. The modular connectors feel solid and moving inside the fan used is a high quality Corsair model. It is good to see all 105°C cap...
